Next Steps

Church doesn’t just happen on a Sunday. As believers, God has put us into a larger community, a church! At HBC, we believe that God has a greater purpose for each of us. We don’t want to just attend church, we want to live like Jesus. And be Jesus to our local community.

Prayer

Prayer is vital for the growth of a Christian. These conversations with God nurture the faith that we have in our Creator God. There is great comfort when you know that people are praying for you. Join us as we pray for each other.

Serve with us

Ministry has no age limit. Join a team of volunteers who serve in various ministries at HBC.  Our ministry teams use their gifts and talents to serve Jesus Christ each week.  Help us as we invest into our church family and Hermon community. Contact us for more information!

Baptism

Baptism is a command for every believer. It is the public declaration of a person’s commitment to Jesus Christ. At HBC, we invite all new believers to be baptized. When we are immersed into the water during baptism, we identify ourselves with Jesus in his death and burial. When we are raised up out of the water, we identify ourselves with the Resurrection of Jesus and the hope of eternal life.

Missions

Be a part of what God is doing in the world.  HBC partners with several missionaries and organizations who share the gospel locally and globally. We also participate in a “faith Promise” trusting God for finances to enable and support these ministers. Partner with us.

Church Membership

Membership at HBC gives you the opportunity to serve in leadership in a greater way and gives you a vote in major decisions we make about the church.
